I can't really remember what I did this week but I know it was fun. Then On Friday at 2 p.m. I decided to go to Midland, TX for the weekend with my Friend Kyle for Cruces. So we left at 5 and got there at 11p.m. So we hit up a Rockin Rodeo and stayed till they closes up. I had a blast. The Saturday we recovered and drove around and wait till the Music LoneStar Music Fest. We got there at 6 with a cooler chest fill with goodies. There was a lot of good band that play some good ol country. Then I met this really cool girl. We dance and talked and then left and went to Rockin Rodeo to dance and hang out more. Then we just chilled. The on Sunday we went to Kyles brother girlfriends parents house and ate lunch. After all that we left and was on our way home. We made a quick stop to Kyle house in El Paso and he got his jeep. So I drove the rest of the way home. I had a blast this weekend. I met a lot of cool people there. I really enjoyed myself, I felt awesome all weekend haha. Hope to go back some time. Oh the other side I found out my brother is in icu because he fell and broke his head open. I hope he will get better fast. Short week for me next week. GEOLOGY
Hello. This week was alright. I started watching what I ate and have been working out. It's been good. Thank to my lifting partner Anthony. I made some salmon one night which was really good. Then another night I made Gabby a Green Chile chesseburgers and fries. Then on Thursday night i had dinner at buffs with Andree before she left to north Carlina lucky. After that I hit the gym till they closed. Then drank some brews and played Halo with Anthony. Then I woke up on Friday and headed out on our geology trip to northern new Mexico to look a basalt flows. Friday night we got to camp at 9 pm. We camped at Blue crator lake. We had tacos soup for dinner. That was really good but looked like crap. Layer down and looked at the starts. Trying go Image how big this universe is. I was thinking how small we are compared to all of this. On Saturday we looked at The McCarty flow and Zuni Salt lake. Which was a maar volcano with a ring dike around it. Cool stuff i must say. Then we drove on a messed up dirt road for like 3 hours. Headed back to camp made so good dinner and hung out. Then on Sunday we went to Mount Taylor which was a volcano with a rhyolite plug. We were up 11,000 feet the view was spectral. Then we headed home. Afterwards we had a cookout at the professors house. Pic below are from my trip. Enjoy
