For the rest of my Thanksgiving break I just hung out with Kyle and my Family. Had a good time in Carlsbad. Then I headed back to Cruces on Sunday 11-28-10. So for the next two weeks I was busy finishing class projects, homework and Studying for Finals. I had four Finals this semester. The last two week of the semester were horrible. I was not getting enough sleep. After Finals I hung out with Keegan, Ben, Emalie and Jordan before they left for break. Wait but that means that I did not leave. Well I did not leave. I am staying in Cruces till 12-24-10. So I can work and make some money because I had to get my truck fixed and it cost $450. SO for the next two weeks I will be in Cruces alone just chillin. I just beat Medal of Honor and now I am playing Fallout 3. On Monday 12-13-10  night I  went to the Aggie Mens Basketball game. We won but we should have beat them bad. Wen, Troy, Gordo where out and then Hom got hurt in the game and was out too. So for Tuesday night I am going to the LCPD and tell them about how some guy over CraigsList tried scamming me. I am telling them just so there is record just in case something happens in the future.

Well I have been wait so long for thanksgiving break. I left Las Cruces around 2 o clock because I did not wake up till 1 ha ha ha. Then I got to Carlsbad around 6. Hung out with my parents then headed to my friends Kyles house to stay. Now let the week begin. Of doing nothing. 

What a Weekend this was

So my Friends came down for Carlsbad,NM to hang out. It was Jamie Lucas, Kyle Brim and Anthony Cook. On Friday night Some of us including me watched the NMSU vs. Louisiana and we won. It was a good game. Then we just hung out till like 4 in the morning. Then on Saturday I took Kyle to the Altel Store to get a new phone. Then we meet Jamie and Anthony at CiCi Pizza for lunch. After that we went back to my place and messed around till Keegan, Ben and Kellie came up. So we headed to the Aggie Football game. So much crap happened. Jamie and Anthony showed up late Ben forgot his ticket and the Jamie and Anthony left early. So the rest of us stay all game in 40 degree weather and Keegan and I was wearing shorts. It was colt. The Aggie held the game till the last 5 minutes then we lost it. After that we warmed up in my apartment and went to Taco Bell Then Went back and just Chilled at RGH and Kyle and Jamie and Anthony left and Kyle came back and then I we went back to sleep at 5. I woke up to Jamie, Kyle and Anthony in my room. We meet Jordan and Ari at La Posta. Had a great lunch and they all left back to Carlsbad. Then Emalie and I did homework and now it time to go to bed. One more week till Thanksgiving Break.

HOOP SEASON

On Monday night as the First NMSU AGGIES Basketball Game. It was an exhibition games the ENMU Greyhounds.  It was an awesome game to see what NMSU had to bring to the new season. I was glad to see what the talk was about Chris Kabongo I think he is going to add something good to the team.  This Saturday is The Football Game NMSU vs. Louisiana Tech. I can't wait.

Another week is gone in my life. It has been a Fun week. So Keegan and I went to the mid night of Paranormal Acvivity 2 . It was a great time listening to people talking crap about the movie when I was really a awesome movie. Then on Thursday Keegan, Ben, Kellie and I went to Saw 3D. The movie was done great and I really enjoyed the movie. I think there should have been more #d in it but it was still good. On Friday at lunch I went to the Hall of Fame Geology lunch at Larenoz. I had a good time it was great food and a good presentation. Then that night  Keegan and I went to see a movie we have been wanting to see called CatFish…. I can not explain it You will just have to see it for yourself. Then on Saturday morning I went on the NMSU Geology Departments Homecoming Field Trip. We went out and looked at the Opal beds by Las Cruces. But I was sad that I missed Emalie's sorority Float in the Homecoming parade. Then at 2:00 p.m. was the Kick Off of the Homecoming Football Game. NMSU vs. San Jose State. That was one of the craziest NMSU games that I have seen. We were win almost the whole game then they came back and were beating us. So we had less than a minute to score a touchdown. We drove 79 yards in 52 seconds and scored a touchdown with no more time on the clock. AGGIES WIN. After that Emalie, Keegan, Austin and I went and celebrated at Buffalos Wild Wings. I felt like crap then I headed home and started packing for my Trip to Denver,CO in the morning. On Sunday morning which was Emalie and my 1st year Anniversary. See came over to see me before I left.

Ha Ha

At 7:30 a.m. I left Las Cruces headed to Denever, CO for the Geological Society of America Annual meeting. I arrived in Denver around 5:30 p.m. We check in to the Marriott and I have a whole room to myself. Then we went to the and picked up our name tags and went to the welcoming party for about an hour. Then on the way back to the hotel we ate a the HardRock Cafe and I got a CAlifornia Burger (I recommend to get it). Now i am in my room watching 28 Days Later with no internet. Lucas' Halloween 2010.  On Monday morning I woke up at 7:30 got read garbed an Americano and a Blueberry Muffin form StarBucks and headed to the Convention Center for some Geology Talks. I listened to talks till 11:00 a.m. about Karts. Then I went and ate with some students from NMSU at the Rock Bottom Brewery . Then I went back and listened to some more talks till 2:30. Then I waled around looking at all the booths and bought some stuff. Got invited to see Gabby get a Grant . Then hurried to Dr. Lawton's talk (a NMSU professor). After the talk we went to Maggiano's Little Italy and I spent $28 on dinner. One of my most expensive dinner I have had but it was good. Then we headed to the Rio Grande Alumni Party. Everybody was drinking and I just got a Chi Tea and watch part of the Colts Game. Then I came back to my room watched ESPN highlights of the Colts game and drank my Chi Tea. Today was a great day had a awesome time at GSA 2010. I woke up late on Tuesday and grabbed some Starbucks and left to Las Cruces. On the way home I drove, did homework and sleep. Got home at 8:00 p.m. Glad to see Emalie. Talk to you guys later

Thursday night we had a Volleyball game NMSU vs Boise St. The game was great we WON!!!! Then on Friday I did not go to class I went to Tuscon, AZ to take Emalie back home. We left around 9 a.m. Got to Tuscon around 1 p.m. We hung out with her brother (Camden) and took him to Football. The we went and ate a Eegee's a sandwich shop with the best Snow cone type drink. Then we Went to Camden's Brothers Football game he Punned twice. Then we just went home and crashed. Then on Saturday we woke up early to take Camden to film and saw Emalie church. Picked Camden up and took him back to Emalie's house. The took Cam to Emalie's Dad house and hung out for a little bit. The we went to Emalie's Grandparents house. There we watched he U of A game and had a Nice dinner. Later that night we went to one of her friends apartment and hung out for a while and the went back and sleep at Emalie's house. Woke up around 10 a.m. And had Lunch with Emalie's mom and step dad we had Steak whitch was good. Then we said our goodbyes to her Mom, Dad and Grandparents. Got Another Eegee for the road. Got back to Cruces around 9:30 and I am getting
 ready for the next week of school.

 So I had a awesome weekend. On Friday night we went to the Pep Rally for the game and Watched a LOBO BURN, and SMASHED a car with a sludge hammer. Then went to Mr. Cats apartment and chilled. On Saturday I went shopping. Then headed to the NMSU vs UNM game. They croud was PUMPED and had a awesome time The AGGIES won 16 to 14. Then we rushed the field. Had a great night. On Sunday I just did home work  and make some dinner that my dad would make and I added some of my own stuff.

The Past Weeks

 So I have been busy recently because of school I have no time to do anything. #ILoveCollege September 26th was the last of me working at the BLM. It was a okay time and got some good money. Then on Tuesday there was a Career Fair. I had two interviews on with the Forest Service and another with the Department of Agriculture. I also talked to FreePort a copper mining company and Intrepid Potash and I might have a summer internship there. This past week I have been doing a lot of cooking pictures below. My parents are going to be here all weekend to visit me and go to the Boise game. Then I am going to study minerals all day sunday and the go to the Volleyball game that night.

Reach, Olive Garden, Killers...

So this week went by quick. I had three Exams last week. But know those are over I can break. I got Halo Reach this week and it is awesome. Then Emalie, Sierra, and I went and ate at Olive Garden Friday night. Then watched  The Proposal. I worked a Ten hour day at the BLM on Pine Tree Trail cleaning up the trail. Then Emalie and I made some awesome burritos   and watched part of Killers till I fell asleep. Then I got up and went back to work at the BLM. Now I am off eating left over Olive Garden , watching the Colts game and going to do some homework.

My 20th Birthday Weekend

   

So how has it been? (I know I am  asking no one this question). So on Friday 9/3/10 after work Emalie and I packed but my truck and headed to Carlsbad (my hometown) for the Labor Day weekend, which happens to been my birthday weekend. We stopped in El Paso and got so Whataburger. We also watched Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure We got in to Carlsbad around 9:30 p.m. We went over to my parents house and visited with them for a while. After that we went to Kyle Browning's house he just bought. We got my bedroom ready and was hanging out. Kyle and I had a bright idea to go get his TV at 1:00 am from his days house and his Xbox from his parents house. We did all of that just so we could play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. We stated up till around 4 and then went to sleep. The next day we went to my parents house to see them and my brothers. Then Emalie and  went to Cody's house. From there we got a bunch of guns and headed out to the mines to go shoot somethings. Emalie was happy because she got to see some cows and horses. Then we dropped him off. It was back to my parents house and hung and and played with Luddy (my Dachshund). Then hung out at Kyles and played CODMW2 and Emalie painted. On Sunday (My Birthday) We woke up hung out at Kyles for a while and then went to my parents house. Around 6:00 was my 20th Birthday Party. My Mom made me two cakes one was a white cake and the other was my favorite cake a # layer German Chocolate Cake (pictures above) We had a cookout and I had a better turn out of people than last year. So the list of people were My parents, my brothers Marty and Andy, also Amy, Uncle Mike, Suzanna, Kyle, Kim, Josh, Cisco, Jamie, Val and Cathy and maybe some others. I had a get time and my parent bought me a hard drive(pic above right). Then went to Kyles and hung out and then went to bed. On Monday morning I woke up to Kyle and Kim making Emalie and I Breakfast which was awesome. After that I left to say buy to my parents and also pick up some food to take home. So we left Carlsbad and was Las Cruces bound. Emalie and I had a great time listening to Four Years Strong and talking. We got back to Cruces and we had homework to do. Tuesday night Keegan and I went to Walmart to go shopping. I spent $50 on groceries and bought a sweet Football (pic below) so we can have some fun. Now I am trying to catch up on my homework. Future Plans is Working this weekend at the BLM and going to the First NMSU AGGIES football game Saturday night against San Diego Stat.

Drippinf Springs

So this weekend was my first weekend for Bureau of Land Management. We stared work at 6:30 both days. There is 12 worked all together. I afew of hem are cool to work with. We worked out at Dripping Springs. We spent both of the days cleaning up and redoing  the trail around the visitor center. We worked 10 hour days which were long. I barely could stay awake the first day so I took some NO DOSE. Well it one more week till I go back to CArlsad for my birthday. I am glad that Emalie is going with me. Well I have worked 7 days in a row and have 5 more to go. SWEEETT

First Week of The Fall Semster

Well I have had a busy week. After move in day I had a a few days to chill and get ready for school. SO i went shopping a lot. like gong to Walmart, Target, Office Max, Best Buy and American Eagle. Got to go to a NMSU Soccer against Montana it was a tied game 1-1. I have been to all of my classes. This semester is going to be tough. I am taking Chemistry 111, Math 121, Spanish 111 and Mineralogy 310. I spent $525 on book for this semester. Also another $50 for online websites for classes. I am still trying to figure out why books cost so much. You would think they would give students a break but I guess not. I Started work back at the Geological Sciences      Department at NMSU. We moved over the summer for Breland Hall to a the remolded Gardiner Hall. Now we have all new stuff except the tons of rocks I had to pack. This weekend I am starting a Temporary job at the Bureau of Land Management as a Laborer  in Las Cruces. It will last for a month and I will work 20 hours a weekend get $11.20 an hour.(Below: Random pic for some poker chips on the ground)

Move in Day

Well Hello. So I moved back to Las Cruces for another year at New Mexico State University. This will be my Second year here. Last year I was living in the droms (RGH), but now I am living in Chimsa Village (pictures below). My parents came down and delped me move in and we had a good time. I love the new place I am living in. I am Pumped that I am back in Cruces. So for the last few days I have been moveing in and rearranging my apartment. I think I have it the way I like it. My girlfriend was going to live in Chimsa but now is living in the Zeta House. I am ready for football, Volleyball, and Basketball to start. Tonight we all went and at at BUFFS and then  to Targets After hours Shopping, it was a good time had fun oh yeah and got FREE stuff.  So I think I am going to work in the morning ha ha. I also found out that My dad and I were in the Las Cruces Sun News for move in day so that was a WIN.
