The way I do TIME-LAPSE

So I took these photos a few weeks ago but I just processed them. I will give you a quick run down on how I make the Time Lapse. First I determine interval I what my camera to take the photos. I use Camera Control Pro 2 to set my intervals. I ordered a gentLED-AUTO, its a intervolmeter made for camera with IR capability. Go check them out i think it will work great. I looked forever for one and they seemed to be the only best one made. I will give a review when I get it in.  My other camera equipment is a Nikon D40 with a 18-55mm lens. I will be buy a Nikkor 18-205mm lens soon. I also recently purchased a Manfrotto 7322YB tripod and I love it. Back to the process so I set up he intervals with Camera Control Pro 2. Then I take the photos and put them in to QuickTime Player 7 Pro. Then export the image sequence at what ever frame rate that looks good. Then to add videos together I use IMovie HD. After all that is done I have a Time Lapse video. If you want more details or have comments just hit me up. Below are my two newest Time Lapse. 2 Weeks Left

                    

So the semester is coming to a end. On Tuesday I woke up with the flu so I went to the student health center to get better. They gave a me a shot in my hip and from then till the next day I did not know what was going on. Thanks to Emalie for helping me out and making me feel better. By Thursday I was as good as new. Which was the last day of the week because of Easter holiday (Friday). Keegan a nd I stayed here in cruces. Emalie went with her friend to Gallup and then to Tuscon. So I had a fun three day weekend. I did a lot of stuff. On Friday Keegan and I just messed around then that night went and saw Scream 4 again. Then on Saturday we went to the Aggie Football Practice and Scrimmage. It was a good experience to see what the football team had to offer for next season. I also good to take picture which is what I love to do. I also messed around a lot with time lapse. I have two video on Youtube (1 & 2). On Saturday evening we went to Si Senor a really good Mexican food place. I got chile rellenos covered in green sauce (my favorite Mexican dish). Then we just drove around and talked. Then we ended the night with Halo. Then on Sunday I woke up late did some homework, ate some food and went to walmart. The week was long. I just need to push through the next two weeks and its summer. I registered so my classes for summer and Fall 2011. This summer I will be taking Math 121. Then in the fall I will taking Petrology, Sedimentary Stritigraphy, The life of John Muir, Math 190, and Geography class on GIS. Also check out this interview with Wendell Mckines about this music.

So I did not know my weekend was going to be so crazy. Nothing really happened during the week, but when the weekend hit a bunch of stuff happened. So I started my weekend a little early. On Thursday night I went to the midnight premier of Scream 4. Keegan, Ben, Emalie and I went to see it. It was a awesome time. The movie was perfect. I grow up watching the scream series. So I am glad they made a another sequel. Then on Friday morning I had to leave for Socorro for New Mexico Geological Society. So I thought I woke up late so I rushed down on my long board. I was almost there when I when over some water and fell. I ripped of a big piece of skin on my hand. So I went back to my room got my coffee, food and warped my hand up. Went back down to where we were meeting and left of Socorro at the right time. We got to Socorro and watched some geology talks at NMGS. I found out that I received my first research grant for $1500 thanks to NMGS. I had a good day in Socorro and made it back to Cruces at 7:30 p.m. Then just chilled for the rest of the night. On Saturday I woke up at 2:00 p.m. I went to urgent care to get my hand fixed. They did not clean it or anything because they want x-rays. So I left a medical place with my hand still not fixed something seems wrong with that. Then I rented my storage unit for the summer to keep all of my college stuff in cruces.  Then that night we went to Ben's Choir concert. Afterwards we ate a Taco Bell and then watched Hatchet 2 another Adam Green Classic. Then Emalie and I went and ate a Farley's. Then I met Keegan, Ben and Wen about by the Organs to do a interview on Wendell and his music career (photos below). I had a awesome weekend. Now it time to get back to the books for 3 more weeks. Then its summer time.

New Monster of the Week

I was looking through my pictures and came across this one. I like it.

Another week has gone by and this week will go by. Next think I will know it will be summer. I had a Optical Mineralogy exam and i think I did really well. I am hoping to see a 100 when I get it back. I had a appointment with one of the Geography professors about my GIS minor. Then I had a meeting with my adviser. I figured out when I should being graduating college.  If everything goes as planed I have tow years till i graduate and one semester for my GIS minor. I am excited for the next few years. I will be registering for my class for fall semester 2011. On Friday night I went and saw Your Highness which pretty funny I guess. Then on Saturday I experimented with time-lapse with melting ice cubes. I made a video of it so go check it out!!! Then that night I went to Greek Sing which is a think the greeks do every year. They have six minutes to sing and dance pretty simple. I enjoy going to them. My girlfriend is in ZTA they did theirs about dreams. She was sing in the play, I was really good. ZTA won first place. Then on Sunday Emalie and I went and ate a Andeles and I had a chile relleno covered in green sauce. SO the weekend is over and next week is going to start. Have a good week.

Well it was the week after Spring Break. So it was slow. On Monday night I went and watched Sucker Punch. It was a fantastic movie. Then nothing really happened. Then on Friday night I saw Insidious also a good movie. Then Saturday Emalie and I when to Dion's for Dinner and then went to the Video 4 and saw Tangled. It was a good kids movie. I guess whe Basketball season is over I have nothing to do. Then Sunday I went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings with Keegan, Ben and Wen. TEAM WENSDAY. Here is a new song by Wensday: Whats Papi.
