Slow Week

 

Well this was not to exciting. Went to a basketball game and it was sad seeing us lose. Then on Friday night Emalie and I went to see  Just Go With It. That was an awesome movie. Then on Saturday I cleaned my whole room. It is so clean now.  Then Emalie, Sierra, Trevor and I went to El Paso to go eat at Japanese Kitchen. It was closed so we went to Famous Dave's. I was glad we went there. If you have never been there I would go. They have great tasting ribs. Then that night Austen came over to watch the Aggies vs Hawaii in Basketball. we lost the game. I hope things can turn around. On Sunday I just cleaned my apartment. Going to walmart later

COLTS,V-Day, Basketball Game...

Monday night was Valentines Day. I bought Emalie some roses. I also got her some chocolates, card and a stuffed dog. She got me a Colds freezer mug, colts glass, and a really nice card. We went to Cracker Barrel. We had a cool waiter. Emalie made him a picture with food. Then we went and hung out at my room. Then I had a chemistry exam on Thursday night.  Friday night I went with Keegan, Ben, Emalie to watch Unknown. That was a great movie.  Then we went to Taco Bell and ate with Jamie and Jordan. Then we went to Jordan's to  chill and left there late. On Saturday I tried to fill my taxes. But somethings went wrong, I will get to them later. That night there was a ESPNU BracketBuster against Northern Colorado. I have been waiting for that game for a week. So we got are usually Monster Imports. Got to the doors 1 and a half hours early. When we were waiting the Aggies decided to do a bunch of dunks for us, and Ben video taped it here is BJ doing a Double Dunk and more are in my friends vlog LINK. That game was one of the most crazyist  games all season. The Aggies lost by two points. I was upset but we still have more games we need to think about. Afterward we headed to Buffalo Wild Wings. I tried a Blazing wing for the second time. I will not do that again. Then I played Halo for the rest of the night. Sunday I did my laundry and watch Weekend at Bernies. Then I had a good lunch with Jamie and Jordan at Dion's. Then Emalie and I went and ate at Andales for dinner.

A Dinner I made

This was a great day. I my optical mineralogy lab. We were looking at isotropic minerals.  Then after lab i was ready to get to the pan am for the Men's Aggies Basketball (AMBB)game against Louisiana Tech. We won 75 to 57. Tuesday was not a big day . Emalie got me Subway and we ate lunch together. On Wednesday I had my optical mineralogy exam. I think I did good but we will see. Thursday night i had my first chemistry exam i don't know how good i did. On Friday I worked all day long. After work I went to see Emalie. We went to Petco to look at animals they had there. I like to chameleon he was cool. But I hated all the mice, rats and the worst animal of all time the ferret. Then we got some drinks at sonic and got some pizza dippers at Pizza Hut. Then we headed to my apartment to watch Sweet Home Alabama and hang out. She was leaving in the morning to catch a flight to Temple,Tx to visit her sister so see did not stay to late. On Saturday I went to Keegan's room at 2:00 to watch the AMBB play Louisiana Tech. That game was crazy wating becasue we won by one point. Then we went to CiCi pizza to get some grub. I love that place because they have  good pizza, its cheap and the best of all is the wasabi snooters (cinnamon rolls). Then we got some monster imports and headed to the women basketball game against La Tech. It was a fun time but we lost. After that we watched American Psycho. Which is an amazing movie, it's worth the watch. Then a late night run to Taco Bell. Then it was Halo for the rest of the night. On Sunday I  cleaning my room and did some homework. Then I went to a bunch of store getting stuff i needed. Four hours later I made it back to my room. I had a great week and hope I have another good one.

On Saturday I woke up and did my laundry and ate dinner with Emalie, Sierra, and Trevor at Andele a great mexican food restaurant. Then I had a good time hanging out with Emalie just chillin. Later that night Keegan, Ben, Kellie and I watched Sanctum 3D. It was a alright movie, it was a fun time. No I am playing some halo. Superbowl tomorrow. I will be going for Greenbay

El Paso Electric= No School

 

 Well what a week I have had. I had class on Monday and Tuesday. Then On Tuesday night it started snowing. So i was hoping we did not have class on Wensday. But I went to bed early to go to class the next day. Well I woke up to no power so I assumed we did not have class. Well we did not. So I went out and took picture of the Organ Mountains. Then as we were having fun, I revived a text from NMSU saysing that El Paso Electric ask NMSU to close school to help reduce the use of power. This is a video my friend made of some stuff we did in the past week. Mom Always Said Video Link We went to Best Buy to buy Let Me In but thy were closed. SO that night we decided to go watch The Fighter. We made it to the theater and sat down. 10 minutes later the power shut off and they told use to leave. So we went to two Taco Bell but they were both closed. So we headed to Denny's, and had the host tell use there was a curfew due to the weather. But he decided to lie to use about it, There was no Curfew. After that we went to Walmart because that was the only place that was not shut down. LAS CRUCES SHUT DOWN!!!! So on our second day off. So on Thursday I just chilled out and played COD Black Ops. I was about to beat it and my fire alarms went off at my apartment. So i stood out side in the cold for a little while. Then went back in and beat Black Ops. Then we went to Best Buy again to buy that movie but they did not have it, but we had fun playing the kinect. We had dinner at Burger King. Then we got everything set up to watch the Mens Aggies Basketball game on tv. Four minutes before tip off out power went out. So we were monitoring the game via twitter. After an hour of the power being off it came back on. So we started watching the game back a website that tracked the players. Then 30 minutes after the power was on it shut off. So we listened to the last of the game on a radio station using Keegan's Evo. We after all of that the Aggie were beat by Fresno State. Later that night Keegan and I watched The Decent two, its was fun to watch. It was not as good as the first time. Then I played Halo till 5. Here is another video of the whole snow days. It great. Snow Day Video Link Then as I was going to sleep Chamisa fire alarms started going off. I was so tired i just went to sleep. I woke up Friday at 12 found out the power was out haha. That's is alot of time the power has gone out. I have never experienced rolling blackouts before.
